SHIPPING POLICY

At TBL Collection, we are committed to providing you high-quality products and customer service. Please ensure that billing and shipping address matches to avoid order cancellation. ALL orders will require a signature upon delivery. Failure to sign for the delivery will result in the package possibly being returned/held at your local postal depot.

 We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery. All of our packages require signature, please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you will not be home at the time of delivery please contact USPS or UPS to make them aware of this to either reschedule delivery or allow you to pick the package up at your local post office.

Order processing times vary depending on the selected item during checkout. 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing before shipping.

For all custom units, please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for processing before shipping.  


 Your order will ship once payment and processing time clear at checkout. For orders placed before 2 pm (EST), order processing will begin that business day; an additional day will be required for processing if placed after 2 pm (EST). During major sales and holidays our order processing time may take up to 10 to 15 business days. We recommend making your hair appointments with these time frames in mind.

RETURN POLICY

ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.


Please ensure that you are truly interested in our product before purchasing. We do not offer refunds.


In certain cases if order cancellation is granted, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed. Please FULLY read and understand ALL order processing and shipping policies prior to you placing your order.

Before using your new hair extensions, please inspect the product thoroughly to ensure you have received the correct length and texture desired. We encourage you to inspect and examine the hair without opening the bundles thoroughly. The only exception to this is receiving the incorrect order.


***Please note the photos of our hair are in their styled state. Therefore once the hair is washed, it will differ from the pictures online. If you have any questions about textures, please feel free to contact us before purchasing for assistance.

***We will not offer a refund/exchange or any accommodations for hair that you have altered on your own.

In a rare instance where you have received defective hair, we do offer replacements. We find that we have very low return rates, and we are proud of the high-quality hair extensions that we offer. We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. If you mistakenly receive hair that is defective please contact us immediately within three days of receiving your order, along with pictures and videos proving that the hair you received is of poor quality. After when you send the pictures/videos, the hair should still be in its natural state and original packaging i.e. bundle wrapping. If a replacement is honored, hair must be shipped within three days from receiving the return label via email. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the package. It will take 7-10 business days for your replacement to be shipped out.


No refund will be issued after returning the hair, only a replacement or a store credit towards a future order.
